We invite you to the 69th BVDM Elefantentreffen from 28. to 31.01.2027

Because of the snow reliability we are in Thurmansbang in the Bavarian Forest, north of Passau. For over 45 years, motorcyclists have been welcomed here and celebrate a peaceful winter weekend in the forest.

Even after more than 65 years, we remain true to our tradition and offer an unparalleled experience for all motorcyclists. The special atmosphere is created by participants from all over Europe and beyond. Around the campfires in the snow-covered valley, a variety of languages can be heard, yet everyone understands each other and celebrates together peacefully. In the „cauldron“ of Loh, there are no distinctions, regardless of nationality, profession, age, or motorcycle. It goes without saying that the Elefantentreffen doesn‘t need a festival tent with live music or other entertainment.

The rules of back for future have proven successful and will continue to be part of the event:

• Access to the grounds only from Monday at 10:00 AM, - supply runs only
• riding only with a helmet and without alcohol
• quiet hours from 12:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

We cordially invite you all to join us! Every true motorcyclist should experience the original BVDM Elefantentreffen at least once in their life. Most who have experienced the unique atmosphere are happy to return.

Since it is a pure motorcycle meeting, cars and quads are excluded. Arrival and participation only for motorcycles with two or three wheels. This includes trikes based on a motorcycle. Other three-wheeled vehicles, such as Vespa Apes or similar, are not allowed on the event grounds.

Of course, there will be trophies, for example, for the most beautiful custom-built motorcycle (street legal!), the longest journey, and the oldest participant. Admission costs €40; BVDM and FEMA members pay €30. Tickets are only available at the event box office on site.
